Duplicate Certificate Request

For programs and events taken since 2018, you should be able to find your certificate and download it.

1. Sign in to your MyAHEC account using the sign in link in the black bar at the top of the page.
2. .Choose My Courses and Events from the dashboard and find your program in the list
3. Click the button to the right of the course name to Access Course Materials
4. You should see a button for the next action that is required.  For example, if you have not completged the evaluation, you will see a button to complete the evaluation.  If you have completed the evaluation, but haven't filled out the certificate request yet, the button will say Request Certificate.  If you have filled out the certificate request, the button will say Download Certificate.  Certificates are not emailed.

For older programs and events, you may request a duplicate certificate, but there will be a $15.00 charge for this service.  Send an email message to wakeahecinfo@wakeahec.org with a subject line of Duplicate Certificate Request.  Provide as much information as you are able to provide in the message regarding when you completed the program, the name of the program, and any other informaiton you have.  A member of our staff will get in touch with you regarding our ability to provide the duplicate certificate and to give you instructions for paying the $15.00 fee.
