AI Notetaking Policy:

For confidentiality and security reasons, the use of AI tools to take notes, record, or summarize is not allowed at Wake AHEC educational activities. Participants should use traditional note-taking methods when attending Wake AHEC meetings or activities.

Participants may not record, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or transmit any program content and/or material presented during Wake AHEC continuing professional development (CPD) activities. Continuing professional credit will not be awarded for unauthorized copied and transmitted recordings of any educational programs or other activities. Prior registration and attendance are required to receive continuing education professional credits.

Media Consent:

Attendance at an educational activity grants permission for Wake AHEC to take photographs, audio, video, and/or other media to be used for promotional and/or educational purposes. If you have concerns or wish to opt out, please notify a Wake AHEC staff member prior to or during the event.
