Document Request Information

• The library staff will forward journal articles, or audiovisuals to eligible customers.
• Complete one document request form for each item needed.
• Please check your messages and email as the staff may need to contact you before filling your
  request.
• Fees may apply.  Consult the Fees and Eligibility Chart.
• Copyright laws dictate how the library will honor requests for journal articles.
• Libraries - please make requests through Interlibrary Loan via OCLC or Docline.
