* Closed * - Health Law and Ethics 2010: Impact on Patient Care

Description:  The interface between the practice of medicine and the realm of law is increasing with every passing year. Through the use of didactics and case presentations, along with audience participation, this program will focus on issues that are of legal concern to physicians and other health care providers in North Carolina. Included are court cases, changes in health law statutes and regulations, legal liability of off- label prescribing, medical record documentation and computer security for medical practices.
