Webinar (Recorded) - Understanding the MOST Part 1

Description:  ** IC Webcast ** - This course is designed to create a better understanding of the MOST form and how it ties into advance care planning.

Computer hardware and software requirements:
1. This presentation cannot be viewed using an iPad. You may use one of the web browsers below, provided it has the proper Flash Player capability.

Objectives:  1. Employ best practices for entering into conversations with patients and their loved ones about goals and health care wishes, especially at the end of life.
  2. Explain how MOST supports the needs of patients, their families and loved ones, providers, and the health care system.
  3. Describe gaps in treatment that MOST was designed to address.
