Before reporting a problem with an online learning presentation, check below. Many common problems have easy solutions you can do yourself:
  • Clear your Web browser's cache.
  • Use a wired (Ethernet) connection instead of a wireless one.
  • Make sure your computer's software is current by using Windows Update or Software Update (on Macs).

For an Infinite Conferencing (IC) Presentation:

System Requirements:

  • Internet connection speed of 128 Kbps or higher  - (DSL or higher)
  • Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7 or Server2003
  • Internet Explorer 8, 7, 6, Netscape 7.0+, Firefox 1.0+ browser
  • Mac OS X with Firefox or Apple Safari
  • Cookies and Scripting enabled in browser
