Title:  Tenth Annual Heart Failure Symposium 2010: Reducing Hospital Readmissions
Description:  Heart failure is a common and growing medical problem associated with major morbidity and mortality. Evidence-based therapies have been shown to improve outcomes, but managing complex patients can be challenging for clinicians. This year’s symposium will focus on reducing readmissions for heart failure patients.
